Seriously, I love hearing and talking to people about what they want to achieve and how they're getting there. That's how I got started, and it's how I plan to continue.

Only difference is now I've got a tonne more knowledge, skills and experience in helping people make it happen. From marathon running on the hottest day of the year, to wading through ice water in frosty 12 mile obstacle courses; from competing with some of the strongest powerlifters in Britain, to flexing on stage with the most shredded bodies in the country.

I've done my homework. I've been there. I've pushed through what I thought I was capable of and reached the next level.
